Pam Rampadarat: I'm not quite sure what your are saying. But I live in Canada and to get a used car certified it means to get the car to past safety test and other test. So if you buy a certified car you are buying a car that has done the test and has met safety requirements. I may not be right on this but I do not think they charge you for the test.Hope I help!
