are cars made to adapt a certain climate?

Janita Tetlow: Cars are built and designed to work in 75 degree ambient temperatures. The same car will work in -7 or 107 degrees. A car will not adapt to climate conditions. The computer will make slight adaptions for fuel delivery in different weather conditions, but will adapt to any climate.

Adrian Paraz: they are made to work anywhere on the planet

Amada Greising: Of course . For every region depending on weather conditions and surroundings the car is made for these specifications . If u get a car for colder places n u use it for a hot city as yours its going to not last because the radiator n the cooling devices are made for less hot places as your city . Get a car from around you . Or look for a car which is made for middle eastern countries it would resist this hot of your city :D !
