Vickie Sterbenz: Until thermometer reads 160.
Marcellus Yoshimori: I would cook for about 20 minutes under a preheated grill for 10-15 minutes, turning a couple of times at 180C
Boyce Gilhooly: It depends how big it is. Bigger = Longer......Smaller = Shorter
Hugo Pittari: Best to get a meat thermometer and cook it to an internal temperature of 170F / 77C to ensure no salmonella contamination. Set oven to 350F and bake 25-30 min a pound and check the temperature near the end. Meat thermometers are cheap and a good kitchen tool. What goes with chicken? Everything. Try marinating the chicken in anything from Italian dressing to buttermilk for a couple of hours to overnight; then bake as is or dip in egg and then bread crumbs for oven fried chicken. No buttermilk? Add a table spoon of vinegar to a cup of milk and add spices like seasoned salt. It is not necessary to turn the chicken but you can. Serve with potatoes and fresh salad....Show more
Gregg Hag! ge: Grease a shallow baking pan and place chicken breasts in a single layer. Add 1/4 cup of water to help prevent the breasts from drying out. Roast in a 350-degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until completely cooked. Fully cooked chicken will seep clear liquid when pierced with a fork or knife. For absolute safety, use a meat thermometer to ensure doneness. Chicken breasts, like all poultry, should be cooked to well done or an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
Felicitas Phildor: Cook it until it is done.
Rocio Karvis: Various recipes are different. Last night's recipe did not call for turning the chicken, and cooked 50 minutes at 375. It was dipped in egg and crusted with mashed corn flakes.
Marvella Benward: 20 minutes at 350, not a minute longer. If you have over 6 at once add 5 minutes, spread them out in the pan/dish so the heat can get all around. Make sure you let them get room temp thru and thru and no frozen or cold centers before you cook t! hem, or they will turn out uncooked in the middle.
