Sorting Laundry??

Hermina Ketring: Lights/whites, colors, reds, towels, sheets, and jeans. I use era and generally if I have a tough stain, a little rubbed into the spot. For specific stains, check out http://www.howtogetridofstuff.com

Oscar Waddups: This is how i sort my laundry, whites (warm-hot), reds (cold), blacks (because of fading wash on cold), sheets (warm-hot), and towels (warm-hot), if it doesn't fall in one of those categories then i throw the rest together and wash on warm or cold. I use Tide (powder) detergent and then Shout if there is a spot that the Tide won't take out. What kind of detergent do you use? Do you use a special stain remover like shout or spray and wash?...Show more

Manie Labat: i take out all my white shirts and put in a separate pill. then i sort the color shirts in another pile(pants go with the color pile).

Norris Rosener: what you should do is use a stain remover before washing. after you scrub witht he remover, sort your clothes for ! washing. put whites only in one pile and use bleach and wash them hot, then take all gray and light colors and wash them warm. then take all dark clothes black, red, green, etc.. and wash cold.
