I just want to know what is Obama planning to do with alternative energy if he wins the Presidency?

Lynn Mctier: Have you been in a comma for the last couple months? A good human? Seriously, thats what you think?

Marcellus Yoshimori: I am not bothered at all. I believe one should use any word one wants... In fact, it is a constitutional right. And I believe one who has defended that very constitution can use a word like that or any other word. Is it appropriate, probably not, but who cares! If someone is offended by words, then they will be offended by....... a look...... a car..... the wind...anything at all. This is an example of political correctness being taken too far. That is my opinion and it will not effect me in the least....Show more

Cherlyn Tefera: no

Jeremy Donohue: Only bigots.

Patrick Bitsui: I doubt that's true, but maybe if getting someone other than the usual rich, out-of-touch white elitist in office works out well for us, it could happen.

Jules Ashbach: Nope afraid not.

Mickey Isle: Judging from your English, my de! ar, I'm not sure if you are qualified to determine who is "well educated". And, now, exactly do you know he's such a good person? Do you know him? I think he goes to a racist Church, and I think his wife is a big mouth racist who'd make just an awful First Lady. Now, I am educated, and I am a nice person, so you can believe me .

Gaston Edgcomb: **** was the common phrase during the Vietnam era, no I'm not bothered by it. No, McCain's use of the word or lack of did not influence my support.

Raymundo Kyser: It really dosen't matter because he won't win anyways.

Toney Flaten: Obama has talked about alot of alternative energy tax breaks including some extra in your refund if you purchase a flex fuel vehicle or install solar panels Require 25 Percent of Renewable Electricity by 2025: Obama will establish a 25 percent federal Renewable Portfolio Standard (RPS) to require that 25 percent of electricity consumed in the U.S. is derived from clean, sustainable! energy sources, like solar, wind and geothermal by 2025.Clean! Technologies Deployment Venture Capital Fund: Obama will create a Clean Technologies Venture Capital Fund to fill a critical gap in U.S. technology development. Obama will invest $10 billion per year into this fund for five years. The fund will partner with existing investment funds and our National Laboratories to ensure that promising technologies move beyond the lab and are commercialized in the U.SDeploy Cellulosic Ethanol: Obama will invest federal resources, including tax incentives, cash prizes and government contracts into developing the most promising technologies with the goal of getting the first two billion gallons of cellulosic ethanol into the system by 2013.Double Energy Research and Development Funding: Obama will double science and research funding for clean energy projects including those that make use of our biomass, solar and wind resources.Convert our Manufacturing Centers into Clean Technology Leaders: Obama will establish a federal investment program! to help manufacturing centers modernize and Americans learn the new skills they need to produce green products.Increase Renewable Fuel Standard: Obama will require 36 billion gallons of renewable fuels to be included in the fuel supply by 2022 and will increase that to at least 60 billion gallons of advanced biofuels like cellulosic ethanol by 2030.Establish a Grant Program for Early Adopters: Obama will create a competitive grant program to award those states and localities that take the first steps to implement new building codes that prioritize energy efficiency.Reduce Carbon Emissions 80 Percent by 2050Cap and Trade: Obama supports implementation of a market-based cap-and-trade system to reduce carbon emissions by the amount scientists say is necessary: 80 percent below 1990 levels by 2050. Obama's cap-and-trade system will require all pollution credits to be auctioned. A 100 percent auction ensures that all polluters pay for every ton of emissions they release, rather! than giving these emission rights away to coal and oil companies. Some! of the revenue generated by auctioning allowances will be used to support the development of clean energy, to invest in energy efficiency improvements, and to address transition costs, including helping American workers affected by this economic transition.Expand Locally-Owned Biofuel Refineries: Less than 10 percent of new ethanol production today is from farmer-owned refineries. New ethanol refineries help jumpstart rural economies. Obama will create a number of incentives for local communities to invest in their biofuels refineries.Renewable Fuels: Obama has worked on numerous efforts in the Senate to increase access to and use of renewable fuels. Obama passed legislation with Senator Jim Talent (R-MO) to give gas stations a tax credit for installing E85 ethanol refueling pumps. The tax credit covers 30 percent of the costs of switching one or more traditional petroleum pumps to E85, which is an 85 percent ethanol/15 percent gasoline blend. Obama also sponsored an amend! ment that became law providing $40 million for commercialization of a combined flexible fuel vehicle/hybrid car within five years.- all from http://www.barackobama.com/issues/energy......Show more

Wilbur Marksberry: I am a hell of a lot more concerned about Michelle obama's use of the words "brothers and sisters" in her speech the other night. I am no sister of theirs because I give a damn about this country!During the Vietnam war it was kosher to call them G...s!

Norine Lomonte:

Ervin Laeger: I will welcome him with a creme pie to the face. lol It ain't over til November.

Lu Snide: Maybe they're worried that we'll start a streak like the Boston Celtics? Yeah, eight consecutive Black presidents, yo :)

Rubi Romo: This is not to start trouble but to get serious reflections on this issue. Are you in any way bothered by McCain's use of the word "gooks" when talking about his Vietnam experience a few years ago? In any way did it influence your supp! ort for McCain?

Raymundo Kyser: He couldn't spell "alternative"

Marcellus Yoshimori: good one can i use that in my comedy act

Lino Cawthorne: I *hope* he uses it to vaporize Bill and Hill.

Hunter Beech: anything you want him to do.

Tomeka Hameen: Kim -yesC-Man - good one!

Branden Roddick: I personally believe their is to much emphasis placed on words and or derogatory labels in these days of political correctness.Everyone insults someone sometimes and for the most part people are more concerned with an individual's character rather than a stereotype....Show more

Shelley Stevens: My Grandfather called them "gooks" too- I believe that was an acceptable term "back then."

Danyell Rowback: So like I am Obama ...and like in the ca! se of ALTERNATIVE energy ...like this is one way it goes ...and like t! his is the other way it goes. See ...it's alternating ...it's alternative.Like do you understand ... it's like CHANGING!...and like, WE NEED CHANGE in this country!...Show more

Jene Kostyla: I am ready! I can't wait to see how our country will look like in 4-8 years after he is in office! He is going to make President Bush look like a saint, a hero, Mother Theresa, a godsend, etc…Obama could quite possibly be the worst Presidential candidate we have ever had....Show more

Hans Sachetti: what the heck are you talking about. DATING or dressing in black clothes or becoming black......I heard it about Dating but that doesn't really relate to my life. I have dated women who were black and i went back to dating women who weren't black and then i dated black women again. But what that REALLY MEANS is when a WHITE or a NON BLACK person has SEX with a BLACK person they cant go BACK to anyone else and have sex again. Like when you listen to that SMOOTH JAZZ FUSION CRAP a! nd then listen to REAL JAZZ you just can listen to THAT FAKE JAZZ again or when you watch REAL TV on HBO you cant go back to the MOVIE of the WEEK............well the sex wasn't always THAT GREAT............actually that is just a stereo type really but the BODIES yeah there is DEFINITELY a DIFFERENCE in the BODIES.............Actually Those stereo types make me uncomfortable when I dated women many Black or White women said things to me that gave me the impression that they thought I was going to be BETTER cause I am Southern Italian and Latin Mixed so they thought it was GOING TO be so PASSIONATE etc.......well it WAS but .......................never mind...............LOL no just kidding Some times it was TERRIBLE and I had to make EXCUSES so i don't think those Expectations are a good thing........people are individuals mainly even though there are differences in the body profiles it depends on how you use it Some men are REALLY SELFISH in bed etc........hey but having! good MOVES sometimes is considered to be a BLACK THING cause there are! MANY great BLACK DANCERS who have the MOVES you really have to ADMIT THAT...............even if it SEEMS racist.......hey there is nothing wrong with making comments about ethnic attributes and characteristics because Diversity is what makes the world GREAT Variety is the SPICE of life if we all were the SAME it would be boring YES there are CULTURAL differences and Physical ones as well and it really DOES seem that there are inclinations that certain ethnicities have that others lack........Most GOOD comedians recognize this TRUTH and JOKE about it............I can laugh at myself too. Like when my friends say Italian Men are GIRL CHASERS and show off when they drive things like that I see there IS a grain of truth MEANING that percentage wise there are MORE Italian men like this perhaps then others because of CULTURE of whatever....There ARE differences but there are also EXCEPTIONS MANY MANY and TYPES like the GUIDO types and the Fashionable Artistic types that are BOT! H unique to Italian culture so WHAT this political correctness has gone WAY too far.........mostly cause of GUILTY BLEEDING HEART Square liberals who are so in denial about their own GUT feelings that it comes across to me as a LOT more RACIST anyway.........they try TOO HARD NOT to OFFEND ...............which makes you feel as if you are a HUNCH BACK or a DWARF that they have to be so SENSITIVE with you........it comes across as RACIST cause it IS.Katie yeah I know but it makes NO SENSE that way the SAYING was orignially about sex because that DOES make SOME sense at least....Sooooo I took that opportunity to give my opinion about it. BUT yeah ,I saw the word WORRIED too!

Rena Pepe: in short yes...i am now black after 28 years of being white. I thought it was just a temporary thing. I was experimenting, now I am black...FOREVER! Beware!

Manual Burtis: Nope, not at all. Why does it matter? It's just a word. I don't get offended by words. If that were! the case, Obama's books would be up for debate as well.

Felicita! s Phildor: Not at all! He was a POW in the Vietnam war. If he wants to use the word **** to express his disdain for what he's been through, so be it.

Clay Lipira: Thanx Danny Boy.

Toney Flaten: nope because I did go black and it was the worst sex I ever had... he was more caught up into what he was doing, then pleasing me.....I'm NOT going back =)

Mario Stricklan: notwithstanding if or not i could help Obama relies on Obama. Your question looks harmless sufficient however the respond isn't hassle-free. So asserting you will cut back taxes on ninety 5% of persons sounds super till you recognize the authorities is going interior the hollow deeper and deeper each and every 365 days. and that i don't care once you are the U. S. authorities you will not be able to maintain that up. If he pushes what ends up in bigger taxes on businesses to make up for the speed reductions on persons i will not be able to assist that whatever occasion he's from. And right this ! is why. businesses already do pay taxes to distinctive ranges of authorities. notwithstanding in the event that they pay no earnings tax there are nevertheless many different taxes they pay. And a majority of those taxes paid come from the revenues of the corporation. So who truly will pay the taxes? the buyer does and finally that boils all the way down to you and me. And we pay them interior this sort of better expenditures. bigger expenditures effect much less product offered which finally leads to jobs being lost. so because it is in basic terms somewhat of why i'm not likely to declare i'm going to unite at the back of Obama if he wins. Lemmings are united of their direction. and that they run off a cliff and die. i think of Obama may be the lead lemming. Now if Obama works to cut back spending and do away with waste in authorities i'm going to alter into his greatest supporter. however the final time I examine the U. S. shape the President isn't granted the means to e! nd the flaws he's promising....Show more

Neville Dautremont: With! open arms. He is easily the most intelligent candidate that is running for president.

Jon Bergmeier: use it

Lourie Mcroberts: Haha..that's funny butOne of my friends only dated black guys throughout high school and is now dating a supperrr white guy.. so yeah people say that, but no.. not necessarily true at all!(although she does say they were always the biggest) nvmd that though...

Sook Hershkowitz: Maybe he has a way to turn that hot air he's spewing into some form of combustible energy?

Nikki Sypult: Change

Sibyl Siwik: I will never be ready for his ignorance... it's definitely not bliss for me.... but you go ahead and live there for a while, I hope you smarten up by Nov though..... do a little research.

Shamika Schools: As a politican he shouldn't be calling anyone offensive names. Hippie - has he also earned the right to call women c**ts?

Idell Mulliniks: He'll just mumble something about solar and wind energy and go right b! ack to guarding our access to Arab oil.

Dorethea Beaston: NO.Anyone who ties an American Soldier's Intestines around their heads deserves derogatory references. And "Badash" --You dare attack McCains Integrity towards women after the Degradation that Bill Clinton pulled on his Whores and His Wife ??....Show more

Particia Thorton: not really. back then it was US Military slang for any enemy asian military combatant - its derived from a word that means "tutelary spirit" or ghost. Now it is politically incorrect to say it, and I dont think that the lefts attempt to social engineer our nation by changing and trying to eliminate words has helped in race relaitons.

Tana Dumoulin: Obama will not be the next president.

Arnulfo Seegars: i am always for obama. A clever, well educated, and a good human, i am ready to welcome him. are you ready ?

Donnie Bolio: Feed us beans and tell us to heat our homes with our farts.

Rena Pepe: umm im not reall! y worried about what...u can b whatever u want whenever u want.

T! ruman Biby: lmao... well i guess we will have to see won't we...jmaide.... he is referencing on having a black president.... not sex.... lmaoh....

Leticia Laiben: I'm ready to welcome this bum. The U.S. needs to bottom-out before we can get the next Ronald Reagan and Barry is the perfect candidate to get this accomplished.
