Rachal Osaki: Well it depends on where you are. In my state there is no such thing as hiring a psychology teacher. It is taught by the school counselors. I would suggest sticking with Secondary education and getting an endorsement in counseling. In my state it would be a major in both areas. It is also something that you have to have a Masters in. You will need to look into the state you are looking to teach in, that is just how it is here.
Toshia Metzker: honestly, no. maybe for IB schools which are incredibly rare. your best bet is to do a minor in psychology
Russ Kiernan: No. Some schools don't even have one psychology position. Some might have one. Those are not good numbers.
