Marhta Teahan: MAC works the best, but it isnt that cheap.. try using a primer first, it should make the makeup last longer.
Cortez Badolato: I like to use Almay's liquid liner, I think it's like around $7-8 or something. For me it doesn't fade and I most definitely recommend it. I don't use eyeshadow on my entire lid, just on the outer corners and under my eyes to give it a smudgy look. I like to use eye smudge from Hot Topic lol it's really cheap, around $3 but it's easy to use. I don't know how it'll hold up on the entire eyelid though, you could give it a try.

Sammy Kar: No matter what brand of make-up you use it will eventually fade...it sucks I know I hate it! haha you! r best bet would be just to carry your make up with you at all times and every few hours just do a quick touch up. It's better then having it all fade of rub off completely!
