IF WE HAVE UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE, DO WE HAVE TO CONTINUE FUNDING COUNTY HOSPITALS?



Do county hospitals help some determine if everyone has upbeat shelter coverage?

Is there a fund to be realized on the topical set issue?
Not hunting for band distinction diatribes from either persuasion.

Just a ultimate question.
